About the event
Each year WilCo Blue Star Mothers place American flags around the Veterans memorial. This was started by one of our own Blue Star Mothers, Lisa Morris, who unwillingly became a Gold Star Mother when your son, Matthew Morris, died while serving his country. He is depicted in the statue standing at the center.
